Delivery Policy

• ssfhome.com currently delivers to Peninsular Malaysia only, with the exception of island areas. (Pulau Langkawi, Pulau Pangkor, Pulau Redang, Pulau Tioman etc) via parcel delivery or truck delivery, as determined by our system during checkout.
• Orders are processed on the ‘First In, First Out’ basis, which means each order is handled in the exact sequence it is received. This ensures a fair and systematic approach.
• For parcel delivery, the order processing time and the transit time is 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
• For truck delivery within Klang Valley, the order processing time is 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). The transit time is subject to delivery slot availability. You will be contacted for delivery arrangement once a delivery slot is available.
• For truck delivery outside Klang Valley, the order processing time is 10 to 14 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). The transit time is subject to delivery slot availability. You will be contacted for delivery arrangement once a delivery slot is available.
• Please ensure to provide the correct contact number and delivery address for delivery schedule arrangement and to avoid unsuccessful delivery attempt and additional service fees.
• In the unlikely occurrence of a wrong or damaged product being delivered, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days from the date you received your order.

• For parcel delivery, we ship the orders via our courier service partner, SkyNet Malaysia. The first delivery will be attempted without any pre-arranged schedule. In the event of a failed first delivery, there will be a second attempt to deliver your product(s).

• For truck delivery, your delivery will be scheduled once a delivery slot is available. Once the slot availability has been confirmed, our Logistics Department will be in contact with you to arrange a date of delivery.
• Please ensure that someone is available to receive the product(s) on the agreed date and time. If no one receives the delivery, we will reschedule another delivery date but with a charged reschedule delivery fee.
• For any changes or enquiries regarding your confirmed delivery schedule pertaining to this order, kindly do so at least 2 working days in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
• If rescheduling was made in less than 2 working days, extra delivery charges will be imposed.
• Only one-time change at max on the delivery schedule is allowed once you have first confirmed the delivery schedule.
• In the event where your order cannot be delivered as you are not contactable to schedule or reschedule a delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of 14 Days from the date of first attempted failed delivery. Our team will follow up with an email, and if there is no response, your order will be cancelled without refunds.
• Any additional payment must be made through SSFHOME customer service team only. The truck drivers are not authorized to collect any cash or fees. If you are asked for payment, please refuse and contact our customer service immediately.

• Additional delivery service fees may be applied under specific circumstances. Our customer service team will get in touch with you to provide further details and assist related additional payments. Please refer to the table below for further details:

• For condominiums / apartments within Klang Valley that impose entrance restriction on 3-tonne lorry, additional delivery service fee of RM80 will be charged for carrying from the guard house to the customer house. Kindly refer to the list of related condominiums / apartments below:

• If you would like us to do product installation, you may opt for the installation service while adding the product to your shopping cart. Our installation service is charged at only 5% of the product price.
